The Dry Year
The year 2016 was the year where the cycle’s change was consolidated, as it was a very dry year.
The main characteristic was the lack of rain. We had rainfall period during the first 6 months of the year. This causes a slower budding of the wineyard since the begining and a very slow growth of the grapes, on the other hand garpes were very healthy.
When summer began temperatures increased, but we had few rains during the July and August; that was vital for the harvest in 2016.
On September we found a small grape, but with a very good concentration of structure and surprisingly acid, therefore we had a very balanced grape
