Aged in stainless steel for 6 months to preserve the purity and freshness of the fruit.
Hand-harvested in late September, when the grapes have reached full maturity and perfect balance. After careful selection, the bunches are destemmed and gently crushed the same day. A long maceration follows to extract deep color and supple tannins before pressing. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in stainless steel tanks.
