Mauka is a youthful, mountain-grown Garnatxa Blanc from terraced llicorella soils. The name, meaning “towards the mountain” in Hawaiian, reflects the vineyard’s steep hillside setting. The 2025 vintage marks the first harvest from this site, already delivering notable purity, texture, and early complexity.
Aged only in stainless steel for 3 months, on its lees. No oak is used for this wine to produce an exclusive expression of varietal and terroir.
Whole clusters are hand-harvested in the morning and pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery. The juice is cold settled overnight. Fermentation in stainless steel.
