Mauka

2025

Mauka is a youthful, mountain-grown Garnatxa Blanc from terraced llicorella soils. The name, meaning “towards the mountain” in Hawaiian, reflects the vineyard’s steep hillside setting. The 2025 vintage marks the first harvest from this site, already delivering notable purity, texture, and early complexity.

Appearance

Pale straw color, with hints of green.

Aroma

Ripe and expressive, showing stone fruit and citrus with a fresh, lifted profile.

Palate

Dry and well-balanced with vibrant acidity. Tropical fruit flavors are supported by good mid-palate weight and subtle lees-derived texture, finishing long and clean.
