Navili is a fresh, food-friendly rosé made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon. Early harvesting preserves bright acidity and highlights the grape’s naturally floral character, resulting in a precise, refreshing style.

Pale pink to salmon with subtle orange hues.

Medium-intensity aromas of fresh flowers, with hints of geranium reflecting the early-picked Cabernet fruit.

Navili is a fresh, unaged wine.
Vinification
Hand-harvested before daybreak and immediately pressed the whole clusters to produce a fresh, pink juice. Cold settled overnight then racked. Fermentation in stainless steel.

Vineyard Information
Navili is created from our single Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard which sits along the Siurana River. The river gives the vineyard its unique microclimate which mimics that of Bordeaux. The soil of the vineyard is a combination of silt and sediment from the Siurana during the Qaternary Period. The silt, mixed with the typical red clay of the area, sits atop the familiar llicorella slate, the cornerstone of the Priorat region.
